Thame, Oxfordshire Wedding Photography
A beautiful, sunny Saturday in August, saw us back at The Spread Eagle in Thame, for Sarah and Stephens themed wedding. Sarah has a real love of anything to do with Beauty and The Beast and Stephen to anything Star Wars. An interesting combination. But their attention to detail was impressive. Everything from cufflinks to the cake had a little touch of their bubbly personalities.
This family is pretty special, with five children who are forever full of beans. I just knew that this would be a chilled, fun day!
Tears flowed during the ceremony and throughout the speeches but other than those moments…. There was laughter…. So much laughter! I still chuckle to myself at the sight of Stephen running in his new shoes, slipping and ripping his trousers and his knee open. Luckily the lovely staff at The Spread Eagle rushed to their first aid kit and patched him up whilst a guest ran down the high street to get him a replacement pair of trousers. Did the couple panic? Nope, they just laughed.
The love between Sarah and Stephen was clear for everyone to see. Often you would find them having a tender moment when they thought no one was watching or just laughing with each other. As you can imagine, they made my job an easy one.
A massive thank you to Sarah, Stephen and all of their friends and family for making myself and Jessica feel so welcome on your big day.
